1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the MyChatCRM platform at mychatcrm.com.br, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Permitted use
MyChatCRM provides CRM, automation and support tools, including integration with:
- Facebook Lead Ads — to receive and process leads from ad forms;
- WhatsApp — to communicate with end customers, according to connections and Meta/WhatsApp policies.
You may use the platform for legitimate business purposes, provided that:
- you have a legal basis and consent when required to contact leads;
- you comply with integration policies (Meta, WhatsApp, etc.);
- you do not use the service for spam, fraud, illegal content or violation of third-party rights.
3. Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for data they enter, messages sent to leads, LGPD compliance and agent, pipeline and campaign settings. MyChatCRM strives to keep the service available and secure but does not guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, conversions or response rates).
Lead and conversation data is stored securely on contracted infrastructure. MyChatCRM does not sell customer or lead data to third parties.
4. Cancellation
Plans are recurring as per the subscribed offer. You may request cancellation through support channels or dashboard instructions. Cancellation stops future charges; amounts already paid and current periods follow the offer rules in effect at subscription.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyChatCRM is not liable for lost profits, data loss caused by customer misuse, temporary unavailability of third parties (WhatsApp, Meta, cloud providers) or force majeure. Our total liability, when applicable, is limited to amounts paid by the customer in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or product changes. The revision date appears at the top of the page. Continued use after relevant changes constitutes acceptance.
